can´t receive send notification (Gelesen: 1180 mal)

Having the same problem here.

The php-error logfile shows these errors:

[23-Jan-2024 22:00:45 Europe/Amsterdam] PHP Warning:  mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at &quot;localhost&quot; port 25, verify your &quot;SMTP&quot; and &quot;smtp_port&quot; setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\stat\plugins\mail\mail.php on line 5

When I use the mailserver address of my mailprovider I see an error in the log that states I need to enter my credentials. Here I'm lost. Where do I do that?

Hello,
I use Synology NAS as a web and email server.

I was able to receive email from PHP Web Stat Reports with the following change to the email server.
-> The sender's name and the login name must be identical.<- I had this rule and deactivated from the email server.

I can now receive email from the PHP Web Stat Reports plugin.

I think my issue is that I don't have a mailserver on my Windows 11 machine. Can anyone tell me what prerequisities are needed to get this to work?
