I am looking at http://www.php-web-statistik.de/manual/english/step_4.html and it directs me to include the following code :

I believe that stat/ may be an artifact from a prior version, as I could not "find" any such file within any of my 4.0 install folders.

Should that code portion perhaps read :

stat/ instead?

I am only guessing by doing a little inspection of your PHP. If so, it's easy to make a tiny documentation Fehler, err, mistake in such a bold large project as this.

As well, I am also getting a 404 error while browsing through the admin panel :

Page not found : https://site.com/stat/config/edit_db.php
Referring Page: https://site.com/stat/config/admin.php?lang=en

Just FYI.  I do understand at least one of you is not in country at the moment, and will have very delayed responses.
