I solve the problem by deleting the counter cache. This I have to do twice everytime before the counter starts working again. Hi Henrik,

not really ....... but we have seen a solution for this problem at other user on this way:

download (again!) the newest version from the PHP Webstat,
make a Backup for your stat data,
set up a completely new installation on your server for the stat,
play back the Backup - and speak a quick prayer Zwinkernd

Maybe it sounds crazy - but a couple of user were herewith successful ...

Hi Henrik,

normally - yes! The Backup Function in you Admin-Center create a zip file and set it in the Backup folder on your Server. In this zip file are the important files from your log folder. If you are in need to use this Backup you can uploadet the zip file to your Computer, expand it and then sent it back to the folder log on your Server. That it's!

You can also make a manual Backup from your Serverfolder "log" and "config" to your PC. Then do you have really all important files to recover a damaged stat Zwinkernd

Hi again

I finally pulled my self together and deleted my hole PHP Web Stat and started all over (of course with my backup of the vital files). At the same time I upgraded to the latest version.

Its now 3 days ago and my counter has been working without any problems since (knock knock under the table)

Husky - thank you very much for your suggestion - it seems to work very fine.
