What are your settings for Visitors Online Time?

I think I am going to try a fresh install.  I also have issues with using database instead of text file.

OK, my bad, I had misunderstood what was not working.  I see now that it is the little counter that is not working correctly, as you initially said when you posted the problem.

Without knowing how your stats are configured it's hard to find out.

If I look at the Sysinfo of your stats, behind 'cookie support' I see a red cross. Maybe that might be the culprit. However, I have no idea how to repair that.

Also the CHMOD settings of a lot of files don't look right, but I doubt that is the cause of not showing online visitors.

Maybe Holger can tell more about this.
