Wrong flags since update

Since the update to v4.8 I'm getting the wrong flags.
It says the Netherlands but I'm seeing the Canadian flag next to it. How to fix, please

I have had another close look but can't find anything wrong but all flags seems to be incorrect.

First of all, please check the included javascript on your site, its defined outside of the body tag.

Cheers for that I have passed this on to the webmaster to have it corrected on all his pages asap.

He speaks only Dutch and asked me to be his
intermediate in between, hope you don't mind.

The code is placed withing the body tag but it still displaying the wrong flags.

Checked with loookup services: ip 77.170.63.87 is a dutch one but the flag next to it in PHP conuter is from the USA. And some have the Canadian flag but the visitor is Dutch as well. Please advice
