Can't make the stats work + can't edit settings

Hi,
I can't add setting in the admin center:

http://www.tranceil.co.il/stat/config/admin.php

+

while im browsing for the stats index i see a black page.
http://www.tranceil.co.il/stat/index.php

I can edit the configurations only from the ftp itself (config.php).

your suggestions please?

I could manage it to work on another website,
what's going on in this one? Schockiert/Erstaunt

Maybe the upload to your Server was erroneous or incomplete - have you double-checked it? If you are not sure - try the upload and configuration a second time, ok? Husky

I'm gonna try now for the 3rd time.
I've installed the stats perfect in another server,
this is why im asking because the last one was a PHP5 Server,
and this one is a PHP4...
is it any related to the PHP version?
"PHP Web Stat" can work on a PHP4 server?

Gonna try for the third time to ensure...

edit: Not working for the third time :/

I know how to install the php web stat itself,
it's just that as u say the other server which can't run it isn't configured well.

Ideas?

Reimar, the site is not down, check this link (sysinfo):

the files are in the website, script is ON.

it's just that stat/index.php isn't working because of some missconfiguration, I thought it's because of the php version which is 4 on this one, but Husky said the script is running on PHP4 too.

to sum it up, the files are in the server but the pages aren't running,
as I said before: I can't even add the details in the admin center!

You never seen such problems?
