I have 3.1.00 version.
I uploaded stats by CuteFTP, once with auto-mode, the seccond one with binary and ascii mode, as you said if auto doesn't work.
I set the rights for files.
I loged into stats and seted everything... i think ok.
I put java skript in index.htm

It doesn't count anything :/

my web is www.kroowka.prv.pl, but its just alias
the real adres is http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik/
maybe that is a problem? but it doesn't work when i set kroowka.prv.pl and it doesn't when I set ztpnet.pl/~kgaik/

I put thesting file on
http://www.kroowka.prv.pl/phpinfo.php
if you can look at it.

What did I do wrong??

ok, now I have:

Absolute path of your domain: http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik
Domain Array: www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik

and
script with http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik
in my index.htm file

it didn't count my entries 
ofcourse i didn't exclude my IP

I try everything in your Admin-Center - but nothing works! Sorry!

I guess that the problem will be based in a couple(!) of redirection and frames which are working in your Websites and on the server.
