Install went fine as far as I know, but had a couple of questions:

Most of the files come up as MD5 issues, should I be concerned?  As I said all appears to be fine; I uploaded the full compressed file and uncompressed it on the server.

Second, I want to track stats on a series of other domains from this one install.  I have added the desired site names as shown below.  Will there be separate stats page generated for each domain; if not can I accomplish that?

Hi there,

if the stat is working, do not care about the red flags. Only if there is some problem popping up, you should do something.

Regarding multiple domains: you can track all of them but all data remain in one stat, but there is no split of showing separate domain analysis. This would be a great feature, but not possible right now.
