Now is one o clock and my php stat shows a not congruent stats:

My visitors today is one but my hits are two with different IPs. The hits are midnight o clock and half past twelve, so the are half hour past ore more. I have refresh the two page many times.

Is it a cache problem that have long time refresh or is it a bug?

Could be a few reasons for this.
Your "ip recount time" is set to 1440, it means the same ip within 1440 minutes its the same user. So if a user comes at 11:58pm and again at 12:01am, its still the same user. Your visit at 12:01am could be a user that already visited 1440 minutes before ... Forget the time of midnight, the stat looks for entries that came around the last 1440 minutes in your case. I hope its clear?

The last is right. The IP xxx.yyy.91.160 has visited my site at 16:09:33  the previous day (30 april) and then at 00:33:49 of the 1 may, so in the 24 hours the same IP have visited my site two times. Well done!
