I have 3.1.00 version.
I uploaded stats by CuteFTP, once with auto-mode, the seccond one with binary and ascii mode, as you said if auto doesn't work.
I set the rights for files.
I loged into stats and seted everything... i think ok.
I put java skript in index.htm

It doesn't count anything :/

my web is www.kroowka.prv.pl, but its just alias
the real adres is http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik/
maybe that is a problem? but it doesn't work when i set kroowka.prv.pl and it doesn't when I set ztpnet.pl/~kgaik/

I put thesting file on
http://www.kroowka.prv.pl/phpinfo.php
if you can look at it.

What did I do wrong??

Hi Ola,

please take the real domain also in the domain array in the admincenter, so it would be "ztpnet.pl".
And change the javascript to the ztpnet domain.
Then it should work I hope :)

Absolute path of your domain: http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik
Domain Array: www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik

and
script with http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik
in my index.htm file

it didn't count my entries  :'(
ofcourse i didn't exclude my IP

:/

absolute path should be http://www.ztpnet.pl
and the folder ~kgaik/

I'm a little bit confused... couse now I have one hit !!! My own :) And I don't know how it happend :/ when, with what settings, and if it worked when I enterd http://www.kroowka.prv.pl or http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik/
I can't get another hit, with other IPs too.

Ftp is ztpnet, not aster.  I discowered aster.. yesterday ;) My web is on ztpnet for a couple of years. Its a local provider. kgaik is my account.

So.. now I have
Absolute path: http://www.ztpnet.pl
Domain array: ztpnet.pl
Path to stat: ~kgaik/stat/
Start page of your domain: i am testting index.htm and ~kgaik/index.htm

What do you think? :)

I guess your configuration is a little bit more complicate than we first believe  :-/

1.www.kroowka.prv.pl can't work - there is no JS in the site although it will be redirected to ztpnet.pl/~kgaik!

2.Is below http://kroowka.prv.pl/stat a second stat?

3.www.ztpnet.pl have definitive a redirection to aster.pl!

4. It's not a index.html - it's a index.php

Question: Which content will you count: kroowka.prv.pl or www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik?

............... and we need the Password for the Admin Center, ok?

www.kroowka.prv.pl is just redirection to ztpnet/~kgaik
ztpnet/~kgaik didn't look good and was hard to remember, so prv.pl gvies me na alias
Web page files are on ztpnet.pl/~kgaik

I try everything in your Admin-Center - but nothing works! Sorry! :'(

I guess that the problem will be based in a couple(!) of redirection and frames which are working in your Websites and on the server.

Do you think I know really what I do? NO!!! It's just my last try! I guess .... I don't like your server ....  ;D

index.php which you see on www.kroowka.prv.pl is the same one as you see on http://www.ztpnet.pl/~kgaik/ , even that you can't see JS there.
prv.pl gives me an alias, and I had "camouflage" marked, so www.kroowak.prv.pl was shown as an address, even when it was redireccted to ztpnet.pl/~kgaik/ Now I unmarked the "camouflage" and see maybe something happens ;)
