Uploaded this file, couldn't find any instruction from 3.0 to 3.1.22, so I followed the instruction from 3.1 to 3.1.22 ...................sysinfo : correct.
but stat/index.php does not run at all.

dutch language is not updated? so it goes on german or english.

I think, there are some files missing ?

Any help ????????

additional 3:33 p.m.: made a full refresh, it seems to work now but still very slow.
Nevertheless, dutch language is not found ( seperate package upload this morning )

try to call the /config/admin.php directly, check all settings and then you MUST click on save.
maybe this helps ?!?
