I am using the latest version of PHP-Web-Stat (v3.6.28). Could I perhaps suggest that all similar browsers should be grouped together when viewing Browser statistics?
Currently all of the following are displayed separately: Firefox 3.0.5 123 Firefox 3.0.1 86 Firefox 3.0.6 74 Firefox 3.0.3 63 Firefox 3.0.4 55 Firefox 3.0.8 48 Firefox 3.0.7 45 Firefox 3.0.10 38 Safari 525.20 56 Safari 523.12 38 Safari 525.27 33 It would be more convenient if all Firefox 3.0.x and Safari 5xx.x could be grouped together. |

Your Version is already able to do that!
Try it by yourself: Admin Center -> Advanced Settings / Tab = Display -> Show detailed browser versions? .... and demark it! ;) Husky |

Thanks for the fast reply. You guys really did think of everything!
But I do have one concern: when following your instructions as explained above, Internet Explorer 6.0 and Internet Explorer 7.0 browsers will be grouped together as simply Internet Explorer; and all Firefox 2.x and Firefox 3.x browser versions will be grouped together as Firefox. It would really be great if browsers could rather be grouped together like this (as I've seen some other web stat software do): Internet Explorer 7.0 31% Internet Explorer 6.0 25% Firefox 3.0 17% Firefox 2.0 11% Firefox 1.5 1% Safari 3.1 1% Internet Explorer 8.0 0% |
